Your customers can sign the required loan documents upfront before you start the project or even while your sales rep is still in the home — This means you won’t have to follow up with the customer to sign the payment authorization form. Plus, you don’t need to sign anything when the office administrator submits a funding request. Your customers will receive a confirmation request and approve that request via text message (default method) or a phone call from Regions | EnerBank USA.
