How to Qualify for a Regions Program

Ready to work with a lender that puts you first?

Regions helps you focus on growing your core business by giving your customers financing options that best meet their needs: same-as-cash loans or low monthly payments.

To offer Regions payment options, you must meet the following criteria:

  • A residential home remodeling focus for your business
  • A U.S.-based business that has been in operation for at least five years (three years for existing Regions customers)
  • An average project size of at least $5,000
  • Annual residential remodeling sales of at least $500,000 ($300,000 for existing Regions customers)
